Exercise programs I create are science-based training that promote safety, effectiveness, self efficacy, and neuromuscular reeducation.
This workout is strength training for the person whose goal is to build the derrière.
Prior to beginning workout, exercises will be introduced and demonstrated to ensure understanding of proper form and injury prevention.
