To get the best and most effective work out, you have to place the science behind every exercise performed.
Exercise programs I create are science-based training that promote safety, effectiveness, self efficacy, and neuromuscular reeducation.
You will be performing same workout as I, which has been proven effective while decreasing risk of injury.
Workout will be modified to fit your fitness level. You will also be addressing muscle imbalances you may have.
